Bluegrass Christian Academy is a private Christian school committed to providing a Biblically-based classical education. BCA operates as an extension of the family under the expectation that the education of children is the responsibility of parents rather than the state. 

CLASSICAL

We aim to give students a Christian classical education made up of the arts and sciences. Courses encompass phonics, math, classic literature, science, Latin, ancient history (classical studies), and the fine arts. In all of our programs we aim for continuity and mastery learning while focusing on teaching age-appropriate material through age appropriate methods.

While BCA costs 30% less than the state average of private Christian schools, many of our families make tremendous sacrifices to invest this money into their child’s education with the academic and spiritual benefits outweighing the costs. 

BCA is a member of the Association of Classical Christian Schools (ACCS), a partner member of the Classical Latin School Association (CLSA), and earned accreditation from the CLSA in 2021.
