HR Know-How LLC

Lisa M. Johnson, SHRM-SCP, is a global human resources professional, with an emphasis in Talent Management and OD. Her focus is teambuilding workshops, individual leadership coaching and HR / OD related needs.  As founder and owner of HR Know-How LLC, she enjoys helping busy organizations become better by building people leadership skills. She is a contributing author to the book “Imagination@Work”.
 

Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in personnel/industrial relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Lewis University. She is a Past President of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management and an adjunct professor at Lewis University in Romeoville, IL. She serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities of Louisville, the Bardstown Foundation for Excellence in Public Education, and Town & Country Bank and Trust Company.
