Applicants must be knowledgeable in all areas listed below with primary emphasis on machine shop skills: all types of machine shop equipment and procedures including tool and die repair.
Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical systems, including machinery and equipment.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of mechanical principles, and electrical systems.
Blueprint Reading: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Tool Proficiency: Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Must have completed approved apprenticeship program in the trade and have 4 years on the job experience.
