Hot Tub/Spa Maintenance Technician/Delivery
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hot Tub Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and experience in equipment repair, pool maintenance, and cleaning. As a Hot Tub Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that hot tubs are functioning optimally and providing excellent service to our customers.
Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hot tubs, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely.
- Conduct thorough inspections of hot tub systems to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to carry out repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Provide pool maintenance services including water testing, chemical balancing, and cleaning of hot tubs and surrounding areas.
- Communicate with customers regarding service needs, recommendations, and any additional work required.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used during each visit.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards while performing all tasks.
Requirements
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair.
- Familiarity with pool maintenance practices including cleaning and chemical balancing.
- Experience as a service technician is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot various issues related to hot tubs.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers.
