+The person filling this position will be responsible for providing an enjoyable experience for our guests. Wait staff should be outgoing and comfortable in communication with guests. We train waitstaff in all aspects of their job including giving them knowledge of bourbon, history and information of surrounding attractions. Our waitstaff average 20.00+/hr with tips. This average was taken from a full year of employment which includes slower as well as peak times. Of course the more the guest enjoys their visit the more the wait staff makes. Wait staff is responsible for taking accurate orders, using POS, processing payments, beginning and ending shift duties and professional communication with staff. We have a great working atmosphere with experienced management and staff.
