Host

Responsibilities:

o Perform host duties, including checking guests in and assisting with boarding

o Performs sales transactions, both cash and credit, assisting the customer with item selections, bagging, wrapping, and payment.

o Keep the gift shop stocked and cleaned

o Clean depot between excursions

o Record and report inventory of the gift shop

o Create physically attractive displays of giftshop inventory

o Assist reservationist with duties when needed

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, or Education and Experience:

o Cash handling and customer service experience required

o Must demonstrate excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for selling, and an enjoyment for working with others

o Must be self-motivated, have high degree of integrity honesty and a strong work ethic

o Must be able and willing to work evening hours and during holiday weekends
