Welcome to Barton 1792 Distillery, Barton Brands of Kentucky.  Our proud heritage dates back to 1879 with the founding of the Tom Moore Distillery in Bardstown, Kentucky.  Renamed Barton 1792 Distillery, we continue to produce the highest quality spirits for over 130 years.  In 2009, we became a part of Sazerac Company which was established in 1850 and is a leading U.S. spirits supplier, with the world's most decorated distillery, and a portfolio of award-winning brands.  Sazerac is an independent, family owned company; we attribute our success to a unique blend of our history, culture, brands, relationships, innovation, technology, and most importantly, our people.

 

Barton Brands of Kentucky is currently seeking applicants for production positions. The Bottling Production team members are responsible for, but not limited to the following duties:

  • Operate various pieces of equipment within the bottling department
  • Understand the operation of on-off switches for bottling equipment
  • Have a full understanding of automatic start-stop switches and manual jog switches
  • Must be able to make change overs efficiently
  • Have general understanding of the equipment and it's operation
  • Able to make minor adjusts as needed

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age
  • Must have minimum HS diploma or GED
  • Previous forklift experience (preferred)
  • Previous manufacturing experience (preferred)
  • Must be willing to work all shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) 
  • Weekend shifts available as well (consisting of three 12 hour shifts)
