Administrative Assistant

Duties:
- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Assist with order entry and data entry tasks
- Transcribe meeting minutes and other important documents
- Utilize Google Suite and QuickBooks for various office tasks
- Provide customer support and address inquiries or concerns
- Assist with receptionist duties in a dental or medical office setting
- Act as a clerk by organizing and maintaining files and records
- Provide support to the office by completing various tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in using Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
