Alzheimer's is a global crisis with significant local impact. Today, more than 6 million Americans are living with the disease and more than 11 million serve as their unpaid caregivers. Join us on Sunday, September 22nd at Freeman Lake Park to connect with others in the community, who are going through the same journey and local resources available for those impacted by the disease. Registration is free. However, we ask every participant to make a personal donation and commit to raising funds in the fight against Alzheimer's. Visit act.alz.org/Elizabethtown to start making an impact in the fight to end Alzheimer's. The Lincoln Trail (Elizabethtown) Walk to End Alzheimer's annual event connects the dementia-impacted community with each other and local resources available for care and support.
