The Combine is an athletic performance assessment that can be used to help athletes improve their athletic performance\, set goals and better understand their athletic abilities. \n\n\n\nThe assessments measure upper body strength endurance\, lower body power\, acceleration\, speed\, agility\, and overall strength. The performance assessments include the 40-yard dash (electronic timed)\, Pro Agility Shuttle\, Broad Jump (Standing long jump)\, Vertical Jump\, and Push-Up/ 135 Ib Bench Press test (optional 14-18 years old). \n\n\n\nAges 6-18 years old\n\n$10 Pre-Registration (See link below)\n\n$15 at the Gate
