DESCRIPTION:The Chamber has received the nominations of individuals willing to serve on the Board of Directors.\n\nPlease review the following bios of each candidate and\n\nchoose Four (4) whom you think will best serve the Chamber Membership.\n\nYou must copy and paste and send in a email for your ballot to count. \n\n\n\n\n\n  Adam Gossom\n\nAdam Gossom is the owner of Uncle Ham's Barbecue\, LLC which was established in September of 2015. Uncle Ham's is very involved in the Community and takes pride in providing customers with the highest quality food and an absolute best experience. They often collaborate with their community partners for different events and functions and assist as much as possible with fundraisers. Adam is married to his lovely wife Laura and has been a resident of Bardstown for the last 18 years. They have 3 wonderful children that they enjoy raising in this beautiful community.\n\n\n\n  Amy Smith-Cissell\n\nAmy Smith-Cissell is a 2009 graduate of Sullivan College of Technology & Design having earned a BA in Interior Design. She received a KY Real Estate License in 2008\, Certificates in Basic & Advanced Photography and attended many seminars\, trades conventions\, and business/self development trainings throughout the course of her career. She was an active member of YPAL\, is a current Board Member of Bardstown Mainstreet\, and is a regular volunteer and attendant of many Chamber of Commerce events. In addition to opening her Interior Design business in 2017\, is also a Chamber member\, future 2019 Leadership NC participant\, and a group leader of the Young Professional Network of Bardstown  Nelson County\; a group of business people looking to bridge the workforce gap\, establish resources for like-minded individuals\, and striving to make a charitable difference within our community.\n\n\n\n  Nika Mathis\n\nNika Mathis is a proud Bardstown native and graduate of Bardstown High School. She received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Kentucky before attending law school in Atlanta\, Georgia. Nika is licensed to practice in both Georgia and Kentucky. She currently serves as in-house counsel and a Vice President at Mago Construction Company\, a family-owned asphalt paving and road construction contractor\, headquartered in Bardstown with satellite operation throughout the state. Nika is involved in several industry associations including Plantix Asphalt Industry of Kentucky\, Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors\, and recently graduated from the Kentucky Crushed Stone Association's inaugural Emerging Leader program. Since returning home to Bardstown\, Nika has become involved in the Bardstown  Nelson County Chamber\, specifically the Chamber's Workforce Taskforce and Young Professionals group. Nika is recently married and enjoys spending free time with her husband\, Sam Lacy\; and two rescue dogs. She is a health and wellness enthusiast \, as well as an avid Kentucky Wildcats fan.\n\n\n\n  Lisa Nowaskie\n\nLisa Nowaskie is co-owner of Anytime Fitness along with her husband Tim who will celebrate their 11th year in business starting in January 2019. Anytime Fitness has been a chamber member since September 2007. Lisa has a Bachelors Degree in Business with a minor in Marketing. She is also certified in Personal Training\, Exercise Therapy and Fitness Nutrition. Lisa has served on the Chamber Board of Directors 2010-2013 with 2013 as Chairman of the Board. She would love to help Bardstown and Nelson County continue to thrive in the upcoming years.\n\n\n\n  Jennifer Nolan\n\nJennifer Nolan is the President of Flaget Memorial Hospital and Our Lady of Peace\, part of KentuckyOne Health. I have twenty years experience as a senior executive in healthcare in both for-profit and non-profit settings. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Licensed Professional Counselor with over twenty years experience in the mental health field. Jennifer has served on numerous boards over the past ten years\, currently serving on the Board for Maryhurst\, Leadership Louisville and the American Hospital Association Metro Governing Council.\n\n\n\n  Danelle Morales\n\nDanelle Morales works for Fort Knox Federal Credit Union as a Branch Manager in the Bardstown Walmart location. She as\n\nbeen with the credit union going on 9 years\, with 5 of those years being in Bardstown. She currently lives in Elizabethtown wit her 10\n\nyear old son\, Cameron. Through Leadership Nelson County Class of 2015\, she built many relationships within the community. She is\n\nactive within different chamber events\, Rotary\, and other community services. In 2013\, she received her Associate Degree through\n\nECTC and in 2016 received a Bachelors in Business Administration through Morehead State University.\n\n\n\n  Jimmy Gartland\n\nJimmy Gartland works at his family frame shop\, Gartland Art Sales that he now manages and will hopefully own one day. Over\n\nthe years\, he has gained great experience in customer service\, sales\, and production by being a part of our small hometown business.\n\nBardstown is more than a beautiful small town\, it is his home  where he works\, relaxes\, and will eventually retire. Jimmy believes in\n\npromoting shop local.\n\n\n\n  Tara Crutcher\n\nTara Crutcher is the Marketing Director for Landmark of Bardstown\, a skilled Nursing facility. She has been with her company\n\nfor over 6 years. Previously\, Tara worked as the Admissions Director for Colonial Health Rehabilitation. She graduated from Western\n\nKentucky University with a Bachelor's degree in Recreation in 2002. She would love a chance to serve on the Chamber of Commerce\n\nBoard of Directors and to be able to get more involved in our community\n\n\n\n  Marion Kelly Pulliam\n\nKelly Pulliam works for Kentucky Home Realty and has sold Real Estate in Nelson County for almost 20 years. Kelly has\n\nworked in the Human Resource and business profession and earned awards for over a decade as the manager as well as other key roles\n\nin the fields\, including compliance\, managing people and the budget for 6 facilities. Kelly attended Nelson County High School\, earned\n\ntwo degrees from Indiana University SE. Kelly is active in our community from coaching softball 20 years\, PTO President\, to reading to\n\nthe local schools\, 10 events this year. Kelly is an Ambassador of the Chamber of Commerce and belongs to several organizations in\n\nNelson County.\n\n\n\nThank you for your consideration.
