HR Know-How LLC

Lisa M. Johnson, SHRM-SCP, is a global human resources professional, TEDx Speaker and leadership coach. As founder and owner of HR Know-How LLC, she enjoys helping busy organizations build leadership skills to reduce people risk.  She is a contributing author to the book “Imagination@Work” and her next book, “Solutions for the Well-Intentioned Manager”, is due to be released next year.

Lisa earned a Bachelor’s in personnel/industrial relations from the University of Kentucky and an MBA from Lewis University. She is a member of the National Speakers Association – KY chapter, and Past President of the Louisville Society for Human Resource Management. She serves on the Boards of Catholic Charities of Louisville and of Town and Country Bank and Trust Company.
